Walid El Hindi
Chief Executive Officer
Walid El-Hindi has over 20 years’ experience in real estate development. As Chief Executive Officer of IMKAN, he is responsible for the global real estate portfolio of the holding company, Abu Dhabi Capital Group that has a presence in four continents with properties valued at more than AED100 billion. Walid is also Chief Executive Officer of Capital Group Properties in Egypt, and serves as a board member on HHRM, a leading hospitality business with a global hotel portfolio. Prior to joining the Abu Dhabi Capital Group, El-Hindi served as Chief Development Officer for Emaar in Egypt.
Head of Commercial & Contracts
Stuart Morgan, one of the founding members and Head of Commercial & Contracts at IMKAN, has over 26 years of commercial and contract management experience gained from working with leading Client, Consultant & Contracting organizations in the UK and MENA region. Stuart is a Chartered Construction Manager and member of the Chartered Institute of Building.
Head of Development
Richard Larmer is Head of Development at IMKAN. As a key member of the executive team, he leads two major projects: Nudra, the luxury beachfront residential community, as well as the Makers District, the 18-hectare mixed-use destination. Richard holds 25 years of end-to-end property development and real estate experience.
Head of Marketing & Sales
Carine Neill heads the Corporate Marketing and Sales departments at IMKAN. In this capacity, she partners with the CEO and department heads to drive the growth of IMKAN’s organizational identity based on the vision and mission of the company. With over 15 years in real estate, hospitality, F&B and media sectors, Carine has extensive management and consultancy-level experience in building world-class brands across multiple industries. She holds an MBA in Strategic Management from HEC Montreal and a BA in Economics from The American University of Beirut.
Head of Projects
Richard Browne Head of Projects has 26 years of experience in all forms of construction gained within the UK and Middle East, including 12 years of operational and general management. He has a particular interest in buildability, technical improvement and value engineering. Richard holds a Master of Engineering Degree, is a Chartered Engineer and a Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers (UK)
Head of Finance
Mohamed Wagdy, Head of Finance at IMKAN, with over than 22 years of extensive experience in Finance with leading real estate developers in the MENA region. With managerial roles overseeing financial management, accounting, budgets and forecast, operations, cash management, taxation, and reporting, in addition to corporate administration, and Investor Relation. Mohamed holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Ain Shams University (Egypt), with Diploma in Management Accounting from American University in Cairo.
Snr. Manager, Development
Sameer has over 20 years of experience in the region as a mixed use property development professional with design and project management expertise in residential, commercial and hospitality projects. Sameer holds a Bachelors degree in Architecture from India and a Business Management degree from UK.
Andrew has over 22 years of experience as lead consultant with award winning architecture firms in the US. Andrew was a member of two AIA National Honored firms of the year and was designer and collaborator in multiple national and international award winning projects. Andrew holds an Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts and a Master’s in Architecture from College of Architecture from the University of Minnesota.
Nigel Craddock, Design Director - Development at IMKAN, has over 18 years of experience in both lead consultant and client-side design management roles with leading organizations in the UK and MENA region. Nigel holds a BA (Hons) with Diploma in Architecture and graduated as a chartered ARB RIBA Architect with a Certificate of Architectural Professional Practice from Plymouth University.
Director, Business Development
Luann has over 20 years of experience in real estate development. Earlier, she managed the delivery of world-class cinemas and other entertainment concepts throughout the MENA region for Majid Al Futtaim. Luann holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Economic Affairs from the Columbia University, US. She has also served on various ICSC panels in the United States.
Senior Manager, Design
Lawrence with experience in the construction industry spans a period of 28 years working in the UK and UAE for Developers, Architectural Consultancies and Hotel Groups, holding positions of Regional Director, Regional Manager, Senior Design Manager and Architectural Design Lead. Lawrence holds Higher National Diploma Certificate in Architecture and Construction, Cambridge Regional College.
Design Manager, Development
Rajiv is primarily involved in all hospitality related projects at IMKAN. He graduated from the New York Institute of Technology with a degree in Architecture (Suma Cum Laude) and is PMP certified. Rajiv has over 9 years of experience in design and construction, and has worked in architectural practices in the US, Bahrain, Singapore and Sri Lanka.
Associate, Design Research
Katayoun has 10 years of experience with distinguished global practices in design, architecture and urbanism, with projects completed in the Middle East, Europe and the United States. Her technical and global knowledge in the field of design spans through multiple sectors of real estate development. She holds a Master’s Degree in Architecture and Discourse from Cornell University, and has held academic positions at Cornell and AUD.
Associate, Strategy Research
Kefa brings experience in Development Consultancy having worked on a range of highest and best use studies and strategic advisory projects across the GCC. His work covers research into concept development, opportunity & strategy assessment, benchmarking, and scenario modelling. Kefa holds a BA (Hons) in Economics and Political Science, with a specialization in Urbanization.
Assistant Manager, Commercial
Jonathan has over 6 years of Commercial and Cost Management experience gained in the UAE and UK. He holds an Honors degree in Quantity Surveying and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Schalk Van Der Merwe
Manager, Human Resources
Schalk forms part of the IMKAN team as a well-experienced HR professional with more than 12 years’ experience in various industries, ranging hospitality and construction to agriculture in South Africa and UAE. Schalk graduated from North West University (Potchefstroom, South Africa) with a BA Honours degree in Management and Development.
Senior Manager, Projects
Maher has over 17 years of experience in program and project management of various types of developments and construction projects. Maher is an architect and holds a Master Degree in Housing and Urbanism from the Architectural Association (AA), London and is PMP accredited from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
Controls Manager, Projects
Binoy is a proficient Project Controls and Scheduling Manager with an experience over 22 years in the field of Project Management and Construction. He has attained a Bachelors in Civil Engineering and is a certified APMP.
Gordon has over 13 years of experience in Contractor, Lead Consultant and Client management roles with leading organizations in the UK and MENA region. Gordon holds a BA (Hons) in Construction Management from Glasgow Caledonian University.
Anthony J Bonavolonta
Project Director, Development
Anthony is a seasoned professional with a strong background in general contracting, project management and the delivery of real estate development projects with values exceeding US$1 billion. Anthony’s repertoire includes some of the most distinguished high-rise residential and retail projects in the USA and the Middle East. Anthony holds a Master of Project Management from Northwestern University, Chicago, a Master of Business Administration from DePaul University, Chicago and a BS degree in Architecture from University of Illinois, Champaign, IL.
Farah with 5 years of experience in the real estate industry within the region, uses her passion to create brands that drive marketing strategy and expand company’s market presence. Farah holds a BA in Business Management, and is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP)
Digital & PR Manager
Vanessa is a Communications professional with over 8 years’ experience in both Digital Marketing and Public Relations roles at leading lifestyle, fashion and FMCGs brands. She holds a Master’s degree in Communications and has a solid track-record in developing international communication strategies with a central focus on Digital.
Nancy has an extensive background in branding and advertising, having worked in both the MENA and UK markets. Nancy completed both her BA in communication and MSc in strategic marketing at London School of Business & Finance with distinction.
Mohamed El Deeb
Senior Director – Integrated Facilities and Communities Management
Mohamed has over 26 years of experience in Facilities , Projects and Communities Management, within Real Estate companies in Egypt. Mohamed Holds MSc. in Civil Engineering , Cairo University and Pursuing his PhD at Ain Shams University (Egypt).
Executive Assistant - Operations Specialist
Yasmina has over 8 years of experience in construction and design field in leading organizations in MENA region. Yasmina holds a BS with Diploma in Economics – Manager in Hospitality from Singidunum University – Serbia and is working on her Master’s Degree in Engineering Management.

Rami obtained his Bachelors of Arts in Management and Finance and has extensive experience in the real estate industry having worked on projects such as Palm Jumeirah, Palm Jebel Ali, Alfurjan, The World Islands and Jumeirah Golf Estates. Rami enjoys diving and extreme sports.

Sawsan Al Haj
Sawsan has over 10 years of experience in Customer Service & Administration with leading organizations in the UAE. Sawsan holds a Diploma in Banking & Financial Studies and graduated from Emirates Institute for Banking and Financial Studies.
Mohamed has over 10 years experience in sales and has worked with some of the largest developers in the region selling properties in Europe / Africa & Middle East. With a Bachelor’s Business Management Majoring in Real Estate Mohamed is currently studying a master’s in Business Management from Macquarie University Sydney.

Jessa Mae Vicente
Jessa has over 7 years of experience in sales, administration and sales operations roles with leading organizations in the Philippines and UAE. Jessa holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management and graduated from Our Lady of Fatima University.
Dina Charif has joined IMKAN as Studio Manager, and provides admin support to the team and is responsible for all activities related to the administration of the office. She brings 14 years’ of experience in Administration in the Real Estate sector and she holds an MBA in Administration.
Manager, Business Analysis
Pankaj has over 7 years of experience in evaluating projects for investment decision making across all sectors of real estate. Pankaj has successfully cleared all three levels of CFA exam and holds a BBA degree in Finance from Heriot Watt University in Dubai.
Assistant Manager, Accounts Payable
Parvathy is a Chartered Certified Accountant affiliated to the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). A graduate of Business Administration with a major in Accounting, she has worked at ADNEC and TECHNIP previously. Parvathy was the Project Accountant on the iconic Capital Gate – the world's furthest leaning tower, Aloft Hotel, Capital Centre etc. in Abu Dhabi.
Bilal Mostafa al-Bahra
Graduated in 2006 as a Tour Guide in Damascus and got Diploma in Marketing in 2007, and got the chance to practice tour guiding with several group of tourists in Syria for 1y, to later on move to UAE in Feb 2008 to work as an Admin and Translator Assistant with Parsons Int’l Ltd., Abu Dhabi Br.
Assistant Manager, GL & Reporting
Ganesh has over 6 years of experience in statutory audits/review engagements of real estate, banking, investments, insurance, not-for-profit, construction and retail clients. While a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, Ganesh holds Bachelor degree in Commerce and other certifications on International Financial Reporting Standards.

Sohit has over 8 years of experience in financial feasibility studies, financial statements, management reporting with leading companies in UAE and India. Sohit is Cost & Management Accountant and holds charter from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
Mohammad has more than 9 years’ experience at UAE market and works for the group for the last 6 years . Mohammad holds a B.A (Honors with top 10 rank holder students) in Accounting & Finance from Yarmouk University, and has conducted extensive project research studies on Corporate Governance and Foreign Arab Share Ownership on the Amman Stock Market as a growing field practice. He has a record in 200M Run as an athletic champion during university stage.

Kingsley has over 8 years of experience in Property Sales Operations and Client Relationship Management with renowned Real Estate developers in the UAE. Kingsley holds a BA (Hons) in Philosophy from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria.
Breyten has over 25 years’ multi-disciplinary experience in Asset Management whether strategic, technical or operational with industry leading companies worldwide. Breyten holds a Diploma in Electrical Engineering from the South African Engineering Board and worked on past projects at SAB Miller, BHP Billiton, Coca Cola, and Farah Experience (Miral - Yas Island Theme Parks).
Dr. Ivan Andric
Senior Manager, Research & Development
Dr. Ivan Andric leads Research & Development at IMKAN Properties. He has over 10 years of international experience in empowering problem-solving creativity and bridging innovation, R&D and business development throughout the whole value chain across various industry sectors (such as automotive, energy and real estate). He holds bachelor and master degrees in mechanical engineering from University of Belgrade, two doctorate degrees related to sustainable urban development from Instituto Superior Tecnico and IMT Atlantique, and postgraduate certificates in business administration, entrepreneurship and innovation management from ESADE Law & Business School, Eindhoven University of Technology and European Institute of Innovation & Technology.
